With the advent of technology in the modern world, the media of communication are so many that someone cannot even exhaust them bust all that will be irrelevant if there is no positive effect they are causing. Get a system that you know will not let you down and will be able to reach many people in the shortest time possible.

You always have to anticipate something bad is going to happen. That means you will always be on the lookout for any signs and if this happens, you can mitigate it as soon as possible. You might come to realize some of them might be preventable by you modifying the existing modes of operation. You have to identify the stakeholders that matter to your organization. If it is the employees or customers, it does not matter. All that is of the essence under such circumstances is if you can save as many people as people if the occurrence is a tragic one.
